1. CARGO SERVICES AGENT
To ensure smooth handling of cargo Operations in both
domestic as we all international Cargo. Cargo service agent is an important
member of the team responsible for carrying out operational activities, under
the supervision of the CSSA/DO/DM. It is also expected from the CSA to maintain
team spirit with his fellow colleagues to yield the desired result for the
company.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
·
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
·
Minimum 12 month work experience in Air Cargo Operations / Freight Handling and
warehousing.
·
Eligible in dangerous goods Acceptance and live Animal regulations an
advantage.
·
Effective people management and planning / organizing skills, customer focused,
analytical with good judgement.
·
Fluent in written and spoken English.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
· Good
communicator and able to relate to all levels of staff.
·
Excellent customer service with interpersonal skills.
·
Ability to work in fast pace, constantly changing environment.

JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Access Control of all persons (with their belongings)
entering into cargo ware house through International and Domestic Entry gates.
(Anti sabotage)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
·
Security Agent is lowest appointment in the Security Department. In addition to
his basic civil education qualification of 12th pass and above, they are either
01 day AVSEC attended/05 days Induction course qualified or 10 days Basic AVSEC
attended staff having sufficient experience of handling basic Aviation Security
functions properly.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
·
Acceptable without experience subject to successful completion of the
prescribed training programme after employment.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR
·
Security personnel must demonstrate a high standard of civility, deportment,
appearance and sobriety as well as offer the public all appropriate courtesies.
