Kerala PSC is not an organisation or authority to verify your degree. At the time of verification for any jobs in Kerala recruited through Kerala PSC, Certificates obtained from any of the university in Kerala approved by Kerala PSC.
Any Degree obtained from the university within Kerala is eligible for the recruitment conducted by PSC based on the prescribed qualifications (ie. MG, Kerala, CUSAT, Calicut, Kannur etc. university degree agree to Kerala PSC).
At the time of verification, the candidate obtained Degree from other states must have an Equivalency Certificate from any of the UGC approved university or any of the universities in Kerala.
Private / Distance Study - Kerala PSC Approval
Kerala PSC accepts degree certificates earned through distance education mode also, However the degree obtained from UGC approved Universities only or the course is equivalent to any course of any of the universities in Kerala

Equivalency certificate
It is a recognition certificate issued by an authority concerned of the exam in the state to a student or a candidate. It is necessary for the students or candidate who have passed the course in one state but would like to apply for higher studies or Jobs in other states.
Apply mode of Equivalency certificate is varied from one university to another. It is better to contact directly to any of your nearest University for knowing the mode of submission of application.
