Educational qualification
Assistant Commandant (Veterinary)
Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science
Animal Husbandry or equivalent from a recognized University with
registration in the Veterinary Council of India.
Sub Inspector (Pioneer)
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised University
or Institute.
Sub Inspector (Draughtsman)
Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognised Board
Two years National Tradesmen certificate issued by a recognised
Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognised institution; and
One year certificate course or one year experience in AUTOCAD from a
Government Institution or a recognised Institution.
Sub Inspector (Communication)
Degree in Electronics and Communication or Computer Science or
Information Technology Engineering or Science with Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics from a recognised University or Institution.
Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse Female)
Should have passed 10+2 in Science or equivalent from a recognized
University or Board or Institution.
Should have three years Diploma in General Nursing from an
Institution recognized by the State or Central Government.
Must be registered with Central or State Nursing Council.
Two years experience in a recognised Hospital.
ASI (Radiographer)
Should have passed 10+2 with Science or equivalent from a recognised
Board or Institution.
Should have two years diploma in Radio Diagnosis from an institution
recognised by State Government or Central Government.
Not less than one year experience in Radiological department of a
hospital of the Central Government or State Government or in a hospital
recognised by the Central Government or State Government.
ASI (Operation Theater Technician)
Should have passed 10 + 2 with Science or equivalent from a
recognised Board or Institution
Should have a Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician or certificate
in Operation Theatre Assistant cum Central Sterile Supply Assistant Training
course from a recognised Institution.
Not less than two years experience as an operation theatre
technician from reputed hospital.
ASI (Dental Technician)
10 + 2 with Science or equivalent from a recognised Board or
Institution.
Should have two years Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course recognised
by Central/State Government or Dental Council of India.
One year experience as a Dental Technician in a reputed hospital.
Head Constable (Electrician)
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Two years work experience in respective trade; or
One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training
Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the
respective trade; or
Two years Diploma from a recognised Industrial Training Institute in
the respective trade or similar trade; and
Must qualify trade test.
Head Constable (Mechanic) only for male
Passed Matriculation from a recognised Board or equivalent.
Passed the Diploma in automobile or motor mechanical engineering or
two years certificate course in automobile or motor mechanical engineering from
a Government recognised Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or equivalent.
Possess valid Driving License for Heavy Vehicles. Desirable: Two
years experience in an authorized garage or workshop.
Head Constable (Steward)
Matriculation from a recognised Board or Institution.
Should have a Diploma or certificate in Catering Kitchen management
from a reputed institute.
One year experience in similar job in a reputed hotel.
Head Constable (Veterinary)
Intermediate (10+2) examination pass with Science and Biology as
main subject from a recognised Board/University; and
Possess two years Diploma Course in Veterinary and Livestock
Development or Veterinary Stock Assistant Course or Animal Husbandry Course from
an institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government.
Head Constable (Commn)
Intermediate or equivalent passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry
and Mathematics from a recognised Board or University; or
Should have a three years diploma in Electronics or Communications
or Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised Institute.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer)
Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2)
examination from recognized Board or University or equivalent.
Skill test norms on computer:
Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
Transcription time: 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on
computer
Constable (Carpenter)
Matriculation or equivalent
from a recognised Board.
Two years work experience in respective trade; or
One year certificate course from a recognised Industrial Training
Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one year experience in the
