Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) hereinafter referred to as 'Authority’ is a statutory body under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. FSSAI has been created for laying down science based standards for articles of food and to regulate their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale and import to ensure availability of safe and wholesome food for human consumption. 2. If you are eligible for this, then click on the apply Online link.
3. A new tab will be opened with an Application fee in it.
4. Now fill the form with necessary details of the candidate document and as per the instructions.
5. Pay the Application fee as per the instructions of Notification.
6. Click on the submit link to submit the Application form.
7. Download it and take a printout of the Application form for future uses and references.
